Delete A File
Free Service
There is no facilty to delete an uploaded file on the free service.
If you require this funtionality, please sign up for a Pro or Business Account
Pro Account
It is possible to delete a file in two ways.
Firstly, once a recipients has downloaded a file, you will receive an email notifiying you of this. The email will contain a link which will remove the file from our servers once clicked.
Secondly, There is a delete option in your account upload history page.
Business Account
To delete a file, please go to either your upload or received history page. There will be a delete icon if the file is still on our servers.
Simply click this and the file will be removed.
