Resend a File

How can I resend an uploaded file or send an uploaded file to a new recipient?

This can be done from the Upload History link on your Send page.

Click the resend icon to resend the notification email to the recipient.

The manual process is outlined below;

1. Go to Upload History link on your Send page.

2. Copy the short link (e.g. http://mbf.cc/abcde) next to the relevant file. Alternatively you can click through to the main download page and copy the web link to your clipboard (e.g. http://max.mailbigfile.com/49e1c386c5af9471678e2bf346d30027/listFiles.php).

3. You can then send the web page link from above to your clients using your normal email program (E.g. GMail, Outlook etc).

Please Note: This will only be possible if the file hasn't expired.
