Pro Account - Multiple File Uploader
The Multiple File Uploader requires the latest version of Adobe Flash to upload files (version 9.0.24 or later). You can check if you have Adobe Flash installed by clicking here.
Some security software, such as Kaspersky, can cause problems on the Multiple File Uploader. If your Security software allows, please add @mailbigfile.com to your allowed websites.
Some of the newer operating systems may use 64 bit browsers. If you have a 64-bit operating system and are using a 64-bit browser, please ensure you also have the 64-bit version of flash player installed on your machine. You can check by clicking here.
If you are unable to use the Multiple File Uploader, you can use the Single File Uploader. Please use the Account Settings link on your Send page and select the Single File Uploader option. The Single File Uploader uses a different upload technology.
